Document Notes: Dated to the first of the year in which the CLEF board was selected. This organization funded to the tune of $5 million dollars is an Orwellian governmental effort to propagate a particular version of the evacuation. Note p.5 where terminology is changed to conform to the CWRIC version. The terminology originally used had very specific and legal meanings; that authorized by CLPEF is emotionally charged and consiously blurs meanings. It is also clear that no grants will be made to support the government action. Note the list of grants in numerous fields used as secondary sources to support the approved history.
