Document Notes: Doc provides insight to the sorting process of alien enemies. The awkward classification by "Dangerousness" seems to indicate the difficulty of determining which individuals were a threat and an effort to treat enemy aliens as individuals. One can only imagine the effort made to sort through all the available infomation without the use of computers.
